U.S. Soccer Player ID Pathways
USYNT Regional Mini Camps
U.S. Soccer Regional Mini Camps use a four-day mini-camp format to evaluate and inspire high-potential players, fostering their development in an engaging and challenging environment, 80 players attend each of the three mini camps (West, Central, East).
US Talent ID Centers
U.S. Soccer Talent ID Centers (IDCs) are free, single-day player identification opportunities for top talents to train and play games under the direction of U.S. Soccer Talent Identification Managers. This provides a pathway to a possible future youth national team call-up.
ECNL Conference Cup
Formerly National Training Camp
A joint program between the ECNL, Nike, and US Club Soccer, the ECNL Conference Cup is the penultimate event in the league's yearly player identification calendar. Formerly known as "National Training Camp," the ECNL Conference Cup event has been revamped and reimagined in an effort to provide players with more opportunities to compete in meaningful and highly competitive games with the top talent from each ECNL conference, ultimately culminating in a championship game to determine the ECNL Conference Cup winner.
ECNL Selection Game Series
The Continental Tire ECNL National and Regional League Selection Games are an extension of the league's player identification platform, providing additional competition and development opportunities for top players throughout the league. Routinely played on the first night of competition at ECNL National Events wherein recruitable age groups are in attendance, the Continental Tire ECNL National and Regional League Selection Games combine recommended players to form two teams who compete in an "all-star" game.

id2 National ID
Established in 2004, US Club Soccer’s id2 National Identification and Development Program provides an opportunity for the country’s elite youth soccer players to be identified and developed, and scouted for inclusion in U.S. Soccer’s National Team programs.The id2 Program is an Olympic Development Program (ODP) approved by the United States Olympic Committee and the U.S. Soccer Federation
ODP National & Regional
ODP identifies and provides opportunities for high potential players, facilitate their development, expose them to the next level of their chosen pathway and motivate their pursuit of excellence. Each State Association holds ODP evaluations on an annual basis. Age groups and evaluation dates may vary from state to state, based on seasonal and state considerations.
