A Note From Our Executive Director

Dear Cleveland Force Coaches, Staff, Players, and Families,
As we close one club year and prepare to begin another, I simply want to say thank you.
Thank you to every coach who has poured countless hours into developing our players—not only as athletes, but as young people. Thank you to our staff whose behind-the-scenes work makes every training session, game, tournament, and event possible. Thank you to our players for embracing challenges, striving to improve every day, and proudly representing the Cleveland Force badge. And thank you to our families for the countless miles driven, weekends dedicated, and unwavering support that allows our players to pursue their passion for the game.
A successful soccer club is never built by one person or one team. It is built by an entire community that shares a commitment to excellence. Every sacrifice made by our coaches, staff, players, and families has helped create an environment that we believe is unmatched in our region.
Because of your commitment, Cleveland Force continues to raise the standard for player development, competition, and the overall club experience. We are proud of what we've accomplished together, but even more excited about what lies ahead.
As we enter the 2026/27 season, we do so with tremendous optimism. Our focus remains clear: to continue providing the region's premier soccer environment—one where players are challenged, coaches are supported, families feel connected, and every individual has the opportunity to reach their full potential. We will continue investing in our people, expanding opportunities for our players, strengthening our culture, and pushing ourselves to improve every single day.
The best clubs are never satisfied with yesterday's success. They continue to evolve, innovate, and grow. That is exactly what we intend to do together.
Thank you for believing in Cleveland Force and for everything you do to make this club so special. I cannot wait to see what we accomplish together in the coming year.

Force Coach on the National Team LEvel
Cleveland Force Soccer Club Technical Director, Everett Palache, was named Head Coach of the U.S. Men's Deaf National Team in 2024. This past season, Coach Everett let the team on a historic semi-finals run at the 2025 Deaflympics in Tokyo!
ECNL SPOTLIGHT GAME
Cleveland Force Soccer Club U13-U14 Boys Program Director and Head Coach, Chris Green, was selected to coach the ECNL Spotlight Game this past May during the ECNL Boys Spring event in Matthews, NC.
The U14 ECNL Spotlight Games are part of a collaboration between the ECNL and the US Club Soccer id2 Program to provide scouting-based identification opportunities for top ECNL and ECNL Regional League male and female players for youth national teams and beyond.

International Experiences
Team Trip to Spain
Players, families and coaches from Cleveland, Columbus and Canton Akron United Force Soccer Clubs traveled to Spain this summer for an amazing 10-day international experience!
They experienced top-tier training and friendly matches in Madrid and Barcelona while immersing themselves in the Spanish culture and sites! Check out our recap video from the experience and make sure to join us on our next international trip!
Club PArtner XI Trip TO Spain
Cleveland Force SC Sr Director of Coaching, Paul Shaw, and 2010 ECNL & USL Academy player, Nathan Miller, had the opportunity to join @soccerdotcom and Club Partner XI on an international experience to Spain!
Soccer.com outfits youth clubs from all over the US and to show their support, each year selected clubs are invited to nominate an elite level U15 player or coach of exceptional character to form a high performance team for the soccer experience of a lifetime!
Curated by travel partner, Inspire Sport, they help create incredible soccer trips that allow US players to experience life at top European youth academies. This year the Club Partner XI squad traveled to Spain to immerse themselves in the culture of one of the powerhouses of global soccer.
The tour included stops in Madrid and Valencia, where the team trained with Real Madrid and Valencia CF certified coaches, toured the iconic Bernabéu and Mestalla stadiums and attended live professional matches, all while playing competitive matches against elite level opponents, and of course, diving into the local culture along the way. The 10-day tour was jam-packed with incredible experiences and chances for these players to fully immerse themselves in Spanish football culture.
Leadership Trip to Germany
Force Soccer Club’s Regional Executive Director, Marko Raduka, and Regional Technical Director, Everett Palache, traveled to Eintracht Frankfurt in Germany for an in-depth visit focused on strengthening the growing relationship between the two clubs.
The trip provided an all-access look into Eintracht Frankfurt’s operations and player development structure, from the U9 academy levels all the way through the senior professional team. The visit also included discussions surrounding future collaboration opportunities and long-term partnership initiatives between the clubs.
Among the highlights of the trip were experiencing Eintracht Frankfurt’s first-team match against RB Leipzig, touring the club’s facilities, and seeing firsthand the strong community culture connected to the Eintracht brand throughout Frankfurt.
The first phase of the partnership will include annual camps led by Eintracht Frankfurt’s international staff in both Cleveland and Columbus, quarterly virtual coaching education seminars involving staff from both organizations, and a unique team experience in August 2027 where one Cleveland Force team will travel to Germany for an immersive soccer experience hosted by Eintracht Frankfurt.

Huge thank you to everyone who made our Cleveland Force Girls College ID Clinic such a success!
We were proud to host 75 talented players from 7 different clubs, all stepping onto the field ready to compete, learn, and showcase their abilities.
Even more impactful—over 30 collegiate coaches were in attendance, creating an incredible environment for exposure, feedback, and opportunity at the next level.
To every player who showed up and put themselves out there—you represented the game the right way. And to the coaches who invested their time to evaluate and connect with these athletes, we truly appreciate your support.
We are looking forward to more college ID clinics to provide to not only our Cleveland Force members but for all players throughout the region.
