Cleveland Force SC Partners with RetainPlayers to Strengthen Player and Family Experience

CLEVELAND, Ohio — September 25, 2026 — Cleveland Force Soccer Club is excited to announce a new partnership with RetainPlayers, a retention intelligence platform built specifically for youth sports organizations. The partnership will provide Cleveland Force SC with additional tools to better understand the experiences of its players and families and use that information to continually improve the club experience.

Through the RetainPlayers platform, Cleveland Force SC will conduct regular club surveys and leverage retention intelligence and player feedback to gain a deeper understanding of what is working, where opportunities for improvement exist, and why families choose to stay with or leave the organization.

By combining player and family feedback with existing registration data, Cleveland Force SC will be able to turn information into actionable insights, helping club leadership make more informed and proactive decisions.

“We’re excited to partner with RetainPlayers as we continue to build Cleveland Force into a more progressive, player- and family-centered organization. We believe that creating an exceptional soccer experience requires more than simply providing opportunities on the field—it requires us to continually listen, learn, and evolve based on the experiences of our players and families.

Through the RetainPlayers platform, we’ll be conducting regular club surveys and using retention intelligence and player feedback to better understand what is working, where we can improve, and why families choose to stay with or leave our organization. Having the ability to turn that feedback and our existing registration data into actionable insights will allow us to make more informed decisions and be proactive rather than reactive.

Ultimately, our vision is to create an environment where every player and family feels valued, supported, and confident that Cleveland Force is the right place for their soccer journey. This partnership will give us another important tool to continually raise the standard of what a youth soccer club can be.”
— Marko Raduka, Executive Director, Cleveland Force Soccer Club

Turning Data Into Action

The RetainPlayers platform transforms existing registration data into meaningful, actionable insights, helping youth sports organizations better understand and improve the experience for players and families.

Through retention intelligence and player feedback, clubs can identify where players are leaving, understand retention trends, track player movement, and uncover opportunities to strengthen the overall player journey.

“Forward-thinking clubs are beginning to recognize that retention is one of the most important metrics in youth sports,” said Wayne Crowe, Founder of RetainPlayers. “Cleveland Force joins a growing group of organizations that want greater visibility into their player journey. When leadership can clearly understand retention patterns and hear directly from their players and families, they can make more proactive decisions that strengthen the experience across the entire organization.”

For Cleveland Force SC, the partnership represents another step in the club’s ongoing commitment to using feedback, data, and innovation to support its players and families.

As youth soccer organizations continue to evolve, more clubs are turning to data, analytics, and player feedback to support long-term growth, strengthen club culture, and improve the overall player experience. RetainPlayers gives leadership teams greater visibility into what is happening within their organization—helping them look back at historical trends, understand what is happening today, and make more informed decisions for the future.
