CLE Sports with CLE Sports PT & Performance
New Partnership with Cleveland Force SC
We are excited to inform our membership that we have partnered with CLE Sports PT & Performance, to be our official medical provider for CFSC.
This partnership provides our membership with direct medical care through rehabilitation, athletic training services, injury prevention, sports science, and more.
"We are excited to offer our players the highest-quality medical care as a result of this partnership," says Force Director of Club Operations Marko Raduka. "This partnership represents the club's investment in our players' physical well-being and their on-field performance. "
Below is a general outline for Phase I (now) and Phase II (23/24 Season) of what we plan to institute:

For 2023 (Phase I), this new partnership will:
1) Provide a link between coaching staff, players, and families for management of injuries, rehabilitation, and return to play.
- Injury evaluations, return to sport testing, referrals to physician/other medical personnel as needed.
- Weekly injury clinics (by appointment) - schedule on the east or west side.
2) Establish sports performance training on the east side.
3) Deliver parent/athlete education on topics such as:
- Nutrition
- Common injuries (ex: signs of a concussion)
- Issues specific to female athletes
- Safely returning to soccer after an injury
4) Other services:
- Motion analysis of running or other soccer-specific movements
- Force plate testing to determine power production or asymmetries
- Individual sports performance training
Coming in 2024 (Phase II):
1) Load management:
- Load monitoring/management to reduce risk of overuse injury
- Recovery strategies, including sleep, nutrition, athlete education
2) Player performance profiling to identify individualized training needs and collaboration with coaches
- Wellness/mental and emotional resilience
- Physical performance
- Lifestyle, health
- Mental resilience
3) Performance and health expectations for off-season
- Goal: prepare the athlete for loads needed in preseason
- Physical and mental load
- Progressive exposure to game demands
4) Cleveland Force as a leader for player performance, health, and innovation
- Establishing Force as a center of excellence in research and education for athletes, coaches
- Continued evaluation and implementation of new technologies

FREE Juniors Academy Clinics & Spring Programs
End of March through Mid April
Cleveland Force Soccer Club's Juniors Academy program focuses on the foundation stage of youth soccer development. The Juniors Academy offers families year round à la carte programming designed to provide flexible training schedule options, and convenient training locations across northeast Ohio. Players beginning their journey, as well as more seasoned players, will find this program to be an excellent resource in developing the necessary skills for enjoyment and success in the sport. The program is attended for female and male athletes between 5-8 years of age.
The program covers:
Technical - ball manipulation, dribbling, shooting, passing, receiving
Physical - mobility, coordination, balance
Mental - decision making, spatial recognition, creativity
Tactical - cooperative learning, teamwork
Our experienced Juniors Academy staff will work to build a solid athletic foundation, and a strong technical base!

The CFSC Minis Instructional program for boys & girls ages 3-4 focuses on the foundation stage of youth soccer development. Players beginning their journey will find this program to be an excellent resource in developing the necessary fundamental skills for enjoyment and success in the sport.

The
CFSC Juniors Instructional for boys & girls ages 5-8 builds upon the same principles introduced in our Minis Instructional program including:
* Mobility / Coordination
* Cooperative Learning
* Guided Discovery Game Plan
* Ball Manipulation
* Dribbling
* Decision Making
* Creativity

The
CFSC Youth Instructional program for boys & girls ages 9-12 is designed around the Dutch methodology of attacking soccer. Players will play guided discovery small sided (5v5, 4v4, 3v3) games during each training session.
This program will improve each player's confidence, focus, adaptability, and overall individual technical ability and soccer IQ
